No one likes melty chocolate sent to them, so for the summer months we've rejiggered the super awesome Peanut Butter and Chocolate macaroons to put the chocolate inside the macaroon.
We added some cocoa powder to our dark chocolate base, just to spice things up a bit and then worked in some ultra smooth peanut butter. We already know that chocolate and peanut butter are so good together, but baked up in a macaroon? Oh MAN.
Macaroon hack: throw these in your oven at 350º for like 10 minutes and knock yourself out. These are amazing warmed up. Pretend you made em for all we care - we just want everyone to be happy!
