Almond coconut macaroons. These are what some people think of as traditional coconut macaroons, but a whole lot better. These aren't your ordinary almond macaroons. We searched for the finest almond paste, settled on one from France that's so delicious that you could eat it on your own (and we hate almond paste), and delicately incorporated it into our golden coconut beauties. Then they're rolled in roasted, crushed almonds. These are delicate, nutty, and utterly delicious.
