Shipping Info
Here's some helpful information for the ordering process:
We are super busy these days and it may take 7-10 days to get your order out. We really appreciate your business and your patience!
To add a gift message and/or special instructions to your order, just click on "add a gift note or a note for the seller" in the cart below your items.
We try to bake and ship all orders within 72 hours of the order being received. However, everything is baked to order, so it might take slightly longer to get the order processed and shipped.
If you actually need the goods by a certain date, please email or call and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Delivery is generally via USPS Priority - generally 2-3 days in transit to most of the country. However, post-COVID, this is definitely not necessarily true and we can't really predict how long it's going to take to get macaroons to you via the USPS. It's easily the cheapest method, but it's neither the fastest nor the most reliable. We recommend that you select UPS Ground - or 3-Day if you're too far for Ground to get there within 3 days. Have a look at this map (the UPS map is roughly the same as this one from FedEx):
If your macaroons take a week to get to you, don't worry, they'll be perfectly delicious. They used to sit on the shelves at Whole Foods for 2 weeks (and that's after we made them, packed them, shipped them, etc.) and were still very delicious, so, really, don't worry about it.
If you live in Manhattan, you can have your macaroons delivered straight to your door (or to your doorman) for $25.
Pickups are available at our shop during business hours, which are generally 8a-5p (10-4 on the weekends).
If you need to pick up on a different day or at a different time, please email or call before ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate. The facility is located at Super Nice Coffee and Bakery 156 E 117th St., NY NY 10035 in East Harlem.
In the event that we run a "free shipping" promotion and you take advantage of it, your order will be sent via USPS or UPS at our discretion regardless of the shipping method you choose at checkout. For example, "free shipping" doesn't mean that you get to choose UPS Express First Overnight and expect that we'll send your macaroons overnight via UPS Express to Los Angeles for free. It means that we'll ship them via USPS Priority Mail for free.
