GF/DF Peanut butter chocolate cookies

Probably the best peanut butter cookie we've ever had. It's a little fudgy in the middle, a little salty on top with some Maldon sea salt, and it's a little chocolatey in the middle with a disc of 70% dark single origin chocolate from Ecuador placed top and center. Gluten free, dairy free, and really really good.

Ingredients: peanut butter (peanuts), brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, dark chocolate, Maldon sea salt.
